Judge: Stand Your Ground does not apply in James Wonder case

Donald Pettit may have been angry and hostile as he approached James Patrick Wonder in the parking lot of a Pembroke Pines post office following a road rage incident four years ago, but that didn’t give Wonder the right to gun Pettit down, a Broward judge ruled Thursday.
